With EASYreach, anyone can change the task of the robot without programming knowledge by using a simple hand controller and the software interface.

Multiple Levels of Access
Complete access to the EASYreach Software. This user can add and remove other user logins, train new tasks and adjust I/O signals with complete parameter access.
Incorporates many of the same abilities as the administrator. This user can train new tasks as well as edit those that were previously stored. Some parameters can also be edited at this level.
Provides most basic access in EASYreach. This user can only select a task that has already been trained and set it to run.

The EASYreach Software makes connecting grippers, tooling and accessories simple with the I/O setup screen and the connection features during task teaching.

Using the EASYreach Software
Eliminate Reprogramming Costs & Changeover Time
With the EASYreach Software users can teach the robot a new task in minutes using the hand controller and touch screen interface. EASYreach includes 8 preset tasks that walk the user through the process.
Setting Locations for Preloaded Tasks
After choosing the appropriate preset task EASYreach then walks the user through setting up the locations of the task. The following presets can be used for box packing / unpacking, stacking / unstacking, part transfer, dispensing and inspecting.
For box packing / unpacking, stacking / unstacking and part transfer applications the robot can be taught using the EASYreach Software to work with layers and dividers.
Setting Array Options
Using an X-Y grid system tasks that require a pattern are taught. These tasks include: packing / unpacking, stacking / unstacking, part tranfer, dispensing and inspection.

Over 200 tasks can be stored within the controller and can be repeated on demand making EASYreach an invaluable tool in short run and quick changeover situations.
